She’s not, she is a very small dog, only 2.25lbs. She sees the vet regularly & is perfectly healthy according to her doctor.

I promise you, we never make her wear that hat, as she hates it. She’s a dog, not a doll. As for my rug, lay off! I love it. We’re only the 2nd owners, as we bought it off a older couple that had it hanging on their wall since the late 60’s!
I’m pretty sure they meant for real that the carpet is amazing. For me, the little one looks like she has the worst life ever (sorry, I know she doesn’t) but I guess chihus tend to look like that
