Youz veree lukee mai hooman iz holdin me bak!
I am quite impressed that they actually spelled it right, even here in the land of bad spelling.
Or, at least I think that’s right o_o;
It is spelled right. (dachs means badger and hund means dog, the ch is pronounced as a k)
I’m always amused English uses the more complicated name, when in Germany that kind of dog is called dackel, which is a shortened version of dachshund.
I think we made English hard just to be obnoxious. First, we get mad when people from foreign countries (where they DON’T learn English) can’t speak English, and then we make it confusing as hell.
We fail. So badly.
But English isn’t really hard to learn.
Much easier than my mother tongue anyway. It just needs a spelling reform. lol
What kind of dog is the big one? My dog is identical to it (and I mean identical, big paws and all) but we have no idea what kind it is. . . (he is a rescue so we don’t know what kind of dogs his parents were.)
It’s impossible to say for sure, but it might be a Dutch shepherd mix.
The big dog looks like the great dane who lived next door when I was little. His name was King,
and he used to get past the fence and chase me.
Poor little me!
That iz a priceless pic.. liddle dawgz make up fur their size wif attitude!
DAY-UM, doaggie!!! :O
Unleash the (mini) hound of hell!
Such clean white teeth! Wish mine were that nice.
yeah! i have a miniature dachshund and i hate it when people call them weenie dogs
actually, im pretty certain that tiny cute loldog is a viszla.
agree… it’s *maybe* a dachshund mix.
at least weenie dog is better than what some of the people at my work call them (dash hound)
Actually, a vizsla puppy would probably have much looser skin and the ears and paws would be oversized. The little doggie in the pic isn’t going to grow up to be a big dog like a Vizsla. Its ears and paws aren’t very oversized, so it’s a very good bet that’s actually mostly a dachshund.
I agree with Cecilia. Looks like a Vizsla to me. The ears look a lot like an American Vizsla, not European, which have longer ears. And you can’t tell the size of the one paw very well in the photo. But, the color of the eyes, nose, and hair is most definitely Vizsla-like. This looks exactly like my Vizlsa when he was a puppy, except for the snarling, and he’s now 24 inches, 52 lbs full grown. The body just doesn’t look long enough to me in this photo to be a dachshund.
it looks like a doxie, exactly like a doxie, i dont see what you’re seeing at all other than you think only viszlas come in red. it doesnt look like a pup it looks like a full grown dachshund.
DO NOT WANT face reeturnz.
The larger dog is a brindle pitbull mix.
