SeleneSue, same here, I was very surprised to see this picture. Exactly like my dog, even down to the white “lipstick” around the mouth. Do you know what kind of dog your’s is? I got mine from a shelter when she was a pup and have been trying to figure out her breed combo. Any suggestions anyone?

Although breed identification has gone right out the window here. That sure looks like a German Shepherd Dog, not any kind of retriever that I’ve seen. Just the same, a dog with a useful skill. Couldn’t take her into a bank though: she’d flip out.

That means that for instance, a video game, which would cost 50 US Dollars, would make 36.9795€ which seems too me, alot cheaper then 50€, don’t you think?

basic logic FAIL: That means 1 $ buys less than 1 € and this is equivalent to 1 € buys MORE than 1 $. But this argument is worthless. You’ll have to compare the real exchange rate (with actual prices of goods) not the nominal one.

If it’s like India (where they do it with metal, usually industrial-size staples), it’s to keep it in counted bundles at counting houses (semi-banks). Makes it easier, and there’s no legal issues about stabbing the money…

It’s probably a customs dog whose job is to find large amounts of cash. They have to be trained with real money (otherwise they won’t find the cash) and therefore I guess the cash bundle on the photo is the dog’s ‘toy’cash. It’s probably marked invalid and tied together so that the dog can grab it easily.
