The dog on the right is a shiba inu. It’s the smallest of the Japanese dogs.
Silly, that’s not a shiba…it’s a shikoku
Have to agree with JanetCinNC – shikoku’s are the size of Japanese akitas…the beauty in the picture is nowhere near that size…far more likely to be Shiba mix
Shikokus are actually more in the size range of a small husky.
Shikoku are medium sized dogs. They are near the size of a Border Collie. I actually know these two dogs, the one on the left is an Icelandic Sheepdog and the one on the right is a Shikoku.
