It’s a reference to the “Oh, my god, she’s wearing the same dress I am. I have to go home and change!” phenomenon seen among many women. I personally have but a minimal understanding of the psychology behind it.

That’s just the edge of a collar poking out, and the color happens to match the color of her bottom lip – Pink!… If you look closely, you can see the top of the buckle.
