I usually don’t comment. It’s a great caption, but the whole picture looks VERY photoshopped. I mean, wow.
The lighting on the dog is from the right, in the direction the dog is looking. It’s also soft lighting. In natural light, the backlighting of the sun would make the dog a silhouette, and a flash on the camera would put sharp highlights at the front.
Rather than Photoshop, it’s more likely one of those professional portraits, and the sunset is a backdrop.
Looked at as dramatic irony, the caption actually gets funnier!
