THIS is an Italian Greyhound, which is different than a greyhound (they are about 1/5 as big). This is what people on here seem to like calling greyhounds. People is confused I guess.
Though with no size comparison in this photo, it’s pretty hard to tell. I just figure he’s an Italian Greyhound ’cause he looks like my Iggy’s brother…

I am amazed that nobody has mentioned that the little K9 might be a Whippet! This cutie looks like a Whippet and they do need their jackets. He is nearly as cute as my Whippet “Fast Freddie”!
Pretty sure it’s an IG since I’ve had both breeds. Don’t let the dainty looks fool you–my tiny IG Marissa scared off a Great Dane, and she was only 8 pounds soaking wet. Sigh. I still miss her, tho my 3 whippets keep me entertained….
My daughter has a 7 year old Chihuahua that will do that pose but the whippet makes it so much better! Especially without the “sweater”.
