Before anybody gets freaked out about this: on the Feast of St. Francis, which is October 4, because St. Francis was known to be very kind to animals, it is traditional to bring pets to church to have them blessed. True. I went to a high school named after him.
my sister had her dogs blessed a few times. it didn’t help.

my dog PLEHs when you give him a bath or flick him with water from the sink.
